Regional breakfast buffet
The breakfast buffet indulges you with freshly baked pastries, homemade spreads, fruity jams and a juice, tea and coffee bar. Among other things, we serve brown lily honey from bees in the Nature Park, dairy and meat products from local farmers and eggs from happy hens. Not to forget: the aromatic tea blends by Monika Falkeis – hand-picked in the Kaunertal mountains.
In winter: Afternoon snack
From 4:00 to 5:00 pm, it's time for a cosy break with homemade cakes and savoury snack variations. Please note: The afternoon snack is served exclusively during the winter season.
Evening 4-course à la carte menus and salad buffet
In the evenings, 4-course à la carte menus featuring fine ingredients from the nature park and glacier region are served. In addition, a colourful, seasonal salad buffet provides the freshness kick. On selected days, we offer themed evenings and special buffets.
Sauna & Bergsonnegarten: My Relaxation
The small, fine sauna area with Aquaviva sauna, aromatic steam bath, infrared heat cabin and relaxation zone is available free of charge to all guests. Outside, the Bergsonnegarten invites you to relax on sun loungers.
Want even more wellness? The Quellalpin Kaunertal with indoor pool, sauna landscape and fitness area is just three minutes away. In winter, guests can swim here for free, while in summer you will receive a 50% discount on swimming pool entry. Sauna visits are discounted all year round.
Dinner in the wine cellar & spirits tastings
For a very special evening: a private dinner in the stone-built "wine cellar" for up to 4 people (at an additional charge). Upon request, participation in a tasting at our in-house Holderli spirits distillery.
For the summer holiday
In summer, the mountains greet you right outside the window: hiking trails from the valley to the peaks, hiking buses (free of charge) and e-bike rentals (for a fee).

For your winter holidays
- Ski passes can be conveniently purchased at our reception. The Kaunertal Glacier Cable Cars also offer an online ticket shop with dynamic pricing.
The ski bus stops just 15 meters from the hotel and whisks all downhill fans to the Kaunertal Glacier ski area or to Winterberg Fendels without the need for a car.
- If you prefer some cross-country skiing, winter hiking or tobogganing, you can set off directly from the hotel on the perfectly tended trails of the local cross-country network.
- After an active day, the ski and boot drying room in the hotel's own ski depot will make sure that your feet are snug and warm the next morning.
- The Winter TAL Card gives you unlimited and free admission to the Quellalpin indoor pool and gym – just a three-minute walk from the hotel – as well as numerous other benefits for unforgettable winter holidays.
