The services include:

• Providing information about the region, the Snow Fun Center, prices, as well as course, rental, and package offers
• Online booking of ski courses, rental products, and packages via an integrated shop widget
• Online booking of vouchers for ski courses and rentals
• Contact via a digital form for individual enquiries and special requests
• Newsletter registration to receive regular updates and exclusive offers

The services are provided entirely through digital interfaces, in particular via forms as well as integrated booking and voucher modules. Users can book products, courses, and other offers online, submit enquiries, or order vouchers—independently of time and location.

We ensure that all processes are clearly structured, easy to follow, and technically designed so they can be used as independently as possible by people with impairments. Input and selection steps are optimised for ease of use, and important information is presented clearly and understandably.
