• Breathing exercises & meditation (approx. 1 hour)
• Warming tea after the meditation
• Cave sauna to warm up

• Every Wednesday and Thursday in November
• Meeting point: 10:15 a.m. at the Spannagelhaus, please plan to arrive in Hintertux approx. 40 minutes in advance.
• Fee: € 40 for the meditation, entry to the Spannagel cave is free of charge
• The cable car ticket is not included in the price.
