•  Teaching groups and individuals at various skill levels (beginners to advanced)
  • Planning and conducting ski lessons according to curriculum and safety standards
  • Conveying technique, fun, and enthusiasm for skiing
  • Supporting guests on and off the slopes
  • Assisting with events, kids’ programs, and ski school activities
  • Ensuring compliance with all safety regulations
  •  Excellent skiing skills and a passion for sharing your knowledge
  • Completed or ongoing ski instructor training (e.g., candidate, state-certified, diploma)
  • Enthusiasm for winter sports and enjoyment in working with people
  • Sense of responsibility and ability to work well in a team
  • Friendly personality and strong communication skills
  • Very good German and English skills
  • Independent, motivated, and reliable work ethic
